CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) Policy

Last Updated: 2nd July 2025

At DONO Volunteering, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and secure platform for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. The presence, sharing, or facilitation of CSAM is illegal, unethical, and strictly prohibited on our platform.

What is CSAM?

Child Sexual Abuse Material refers to any content that depicts or represents the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (individuals under the age of 18), including images, videos, animations, or digitally created content, regardless of whether it was created consensually or not. Possession, distribution, or production of such material is a serious criminal offense in most jurisdictions.

Our Commitment

  • Strict Prohibition: CSAM is explicitly forbidden on DONO Volunteering. We actively monitor, detect, and remove any content that violates this policy.
  • Reporting and Compliance:We report all identified CSAM to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
  • Proactive Measures: We use advanced detection tools, including hash-matching and AI-powered moderation systems, to identify and block known CSAM and harmful content.
  • User ReportingIf you encounter content that you suspect may be CSAM, please report it immediately via our Report Abuse feature or by contacting us at support@donovolunteering.com
