Who We Serve
Students & Volunteers: Individuals seeking volunteer hours or service opportunities.
Nonprofits: From food waste reduction initiatives to clothing drives, shelters, and community gardens.
Businesses: Restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and retail stores donating food, clothing, or goods.
Farms: Connect with businesses to receive food scraps for composting or donate composting materials to sites and community gardens.
Schools & Colleges: Track student hours and progress as part of a community.
We work with
Non-profit organizations
who are in search of
volunteers. This can
range from food waste reduction initiatives to clothing drives or animal
shelters.
Volunteers are connected with non-profit organizations in need of volunteers for community service opportunities within a desired proximity.
Businesses looking to donate food, clothing, retail, and other goods.
Schools and colleges looking to sign up as communities to track students individual hours and progress.
Where We Work
We are a nonprofit currently active in New Jersey, Boston and Vermont, partnering with high schools, college organizations, and community programs. Donors and nonprofits are matched with volunteers based on proximity.
Volunteer Matching: Nonprofits and agencies post events and opportunities. Volunteers browse, accept, and attend.
Smart Caps: Organizations can set limits on the number of volunteers needed; requests close automatically once filled.
Event Details: Nonprofits can add requirements (e.g., vehicle needed, gloves, masks).
Time Tracking: Volunteer hours are verified by organizations to ensure accuracy.
Waste Reduction: Restaurants, bakeries, hotels, and retailers list leftover food, clothing, and goods for pickup. Volunteers deliver to food banks, fridges, nonprofits, farms, or compost sites.
Impact Tracking: The app logs volunteer driving and delivery hours as well as donor contributions.
Community Dashboards: Schools and organizations view volunteer progress across their groups.
Free Database: Nonprofits can maintain records of volunteer engagement online.
Our Services
More about what we do
Non-profit organizations and agencies have the ability to upload events and volunteer opportunities to the app, and this gives volunteers the chance to browse, accept, and attend.
Organizations also have the ability to set a cap or limiton the number of desired volunteers, which will automatically stop accepting volunteer requests when that desired number is reached.
The nonprofit also has the ability to add descriptions, which include requirements or suggestions such as a vehicle for pickup, gloves, masks, etc..
Volunteer hours are tracked by the length of time a volunteer spends at a specific location. At the end, the organization will confirm the time that the volunteer leaves, to ensure genuine hours.
The app is also a way for restaurants, bakeries, hotels, and retail stores to reduce waste by uploading bags or boxes of leftover food, clothing, and other items for pickup. Volunteers accept pickup requests, and drop off the food to different food banks, community fridges, non-profits, farms, and compost sites accepting donations at the given time.
The app tracks the hours spent driving and picking up, along with the number of donations sent by each donor.
If a volunteer signs up with a school or community the community administrator has access to all volunteer progress information.
